Due to the constantly evolving and dynamically changing technological advancements and developing of new needs these policies should be under constant review to meet these needs (Bloyce & Smith, 2009). Governments always get involved in the development and promotion of sporting activities amongst its people. This is evident especially in sport systems at the national or high-performance level and in the community level irrespective of the age and experience of an individual.
